Combining mobility, collaborative economy and geolocalisation, elper creates a connection between the community of people who are travelling with people who assist them and help them to discover a city differently, and for tourists to get assistance in their mother tongue.



Elper’s users are tourists, new arrivants in a city, people who try to discover the cool things to do in an area., etc.



The app’s goal is to help, make a trip easy, create links and give another look to a city or a place already known.



The service is already available worldwide, in french and english but only on iOS.



Following the demand or the nature of the service, the user can, at his own discretion, pay the person who helps him, simply from his smartphone.



As a user, you can:

- Ask for help

- Find where and what type of helps are available

- Select the assistant following your needs

- Revise your need

- Pay the assistant simply using your smartphone - if you wish only and depending on your level of satisfaction

- Rate the assistant



As an assistant, you can: 
- Activate the service

- Answer to a user who need help

- Find a user who need help

- Validate the service

- Meet the user

- Receive a payment from the user depending on the level of service

- Rate the relationship between you and the user
